At Three Rivers Mercantile, each order is carefully handcrafted and prepared in small batches. We take pride in quality and appreciate your patience as we prepare your items.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for us to process, pack, and ship your order. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your label has been created. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your package to be picked up and scanned by the carrier.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
