At Three Rivers Mercantile, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches. Because of the personal and hygienic nature of our goods, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Exchanges
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused or only lightly used and returned in their original packaging.
We may offer a resolution based on your situation, including:
- Product guidance or usage tips
- Replacement item
- Store credit
- Refund (when applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Used or heavily used skincare products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Natural Product Disclaimer
Our products are made with natural ingredients and may soften, firm, or change texture due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. This does not affect product quality, and we do not accept returns based on these changes.
Because our formulations are nutrient-rich and traditional in nature, your skin may require an adjustment period. We recommend allowing 2–3 weeks of consistent use for best results.
